After you have applied below you will be directed to book your free 45 minute consultation call to see if you are a good fit for my Fierce & Fit program. We will discuss your goals and needs further along with your daily schedule. We will discuss your personal blocks and barriers then create a strategic game plan to elevate your optimal health from the inside out. This transformation starts and ends with YOU, it won't always be easy but I have the exact tools you need to create this lifestyle for yourself. I believe in you but this transformation requires YOU to believe in you. I am here as your guide and coach to get you stepping in and stepping up to that optimal life of health and happiness that you DESERVE to bring to the forefront of your personal and professional presence. Once we have an effective game plan that works for YOU I will invite you to my private app where I design YOUR customized daily workouts that you fit into your schedule. I design each workout based off of your unique fitness needs and hold you accountable for these workouts as I am able to see exactly when you’ve completed them. Whether it’s in your home, work, or hotel room; I've got your back and ensure you've got the exact tools you need to stay on top of your goals. I design your very own customized meal plan and give you recommendations for healthy eating on-the-go during those super busy weeks. Every month we will schedule our 15 minute coaching call to discuss your progress, your program, to set goals, and talk about getting past road blocks via video call in the app. With 24/7 messaging and weekly check-ins, the accountability is endless as I am not only your trainer, but your biggest cheerleader throughout your physical, mental, spiritual, and professional journey. I show you how to do each exercise with proper form while also telling you exactly what weights to use. *In a hotel room? Custom Nutrition Coaching
According to your fitness goals I create your custom, yet flexible Meal Plan and calculate your specific nutritional targets. Sync your MYFITNESSPAL account to my app so I can track all of your meals in order to give you proper feedback and suggestions. Follow your meal plan with the training program and results WILL COME! *Traveling? Send me your hotel stay and I will personally research their menu and tell you exactly what to eat*

Video Call Coaching Sessions
Along with 24/7 messaging support, I provide monthly progress check-ins via phone call or my in app video chat to discuss how your program is going, further goal setting, and ways we can improve your road to reaching those health goals. Book these sessions on your time through my private booking portal. This is a time where we discuss your journey of this transformation from the inside out. Speed bumps WILL come but I promise to deliver all my love and coaching techniques that will smoothly guide you through these barriers. Remember I am here for YOU and will do what it takes to get you where you want to be.

Habit Based Coaching
By creating custom habits based on your specific physical and mental health needs I can create, track, and keep you accountable for these habits to make sure you are capable of making these behavior changes part of your everyday life. My clients are fully committed to making a lifestyle change and I only train those who are seriously ready to make that change. By answering these questions I can get to know you and your goals in more detail as well as see if you're a right fit for my Training Programs.
F&F Online Training F.A.Q.s
- What's the difference between Online Training and In Person Training? Well the main one is that it's all done virtually. You no longer need to schedule in person training sessions as I upload your workouts at the beginning of the week. It is up to you when you complete these daily workouts and when you fit them in your schedule.
- How many workouts do I get per week? You get up to 6 workouts per week all including clips of me showing you how to do each exercise with proper form including verbal cueing.
- Where is the Accountability aspect if it's Online? For workouts in my private training app I am notified when you've completed a workout. I send frequent reminders throughout the day if you have not yet completed your workout.I recommend you sync your Fitbit or Apple Watch to the app so I can track your heart rate and energy expenditure. Nutritionally, you are able to sync your MY FITNESS PAL app to my private app. From there I am able to track your daily menu as well as give you pointers/tweaks as I see fit. Personally, I find the accountability is more prevalent online vs. in person because I am able to watch your every move as well as know that you are working out more than the common 2-3x a week in person.
- What if I'm on vacation or sick one week? If this happens I simply pause your training account and that week is not counted against you. When you return your training program will be exactly where you left off.
- How do I know if I'm doing it all correctly? What if I need to ask questions? With the 24/7 two-way messaging in the app I am able to answer all of your questions quickly. With your weekly coaching sessions we can discuss your form, technique, any obstacles you might be having trouble with in your training program as well as set weekly goals.
- How do we track my progress? With Monthly measurements and photo diaries we are able to track your progress throughout your program. My private app will prompt you exactly where to take measurements and how to pose for pictures. These pictures are stored in the app for tracking, only you and I are able to view them.
- What if I'm traveling and don't have my usual equipment? Let me research where you're staying and what gym amenities they have at your stay and I will create your workouts accordingly. No equipment at all? No problem, I can set up full body weight workouts that require zero equipment.
