- Lifestyle coaching is all about creating habits that last a lifetime.
- Monthly check-ins.
- Access to weekly team calls.
- Ongoing guidance when you need it, even throughout the week outside of check ins.
- Included is workout programs, cardio regimens and supplementation.
- Workout programs change every 3-4 weeks.
- Physical assessments are included to target your strong and weak points.
- Feedback on your form and progress. You can share videos of certain exercises and we can help correct your form!
- Have a plan for every situation. Vacation or Birthday coming up? We will help you navigate and find solutions for these situations.
- No GUESSWORK. Wake up and check your App to see any messages you might have along with your assigned workout or activities for the day. Just follow the instructions and get results.
- Access to us whenever you need it via texting or messaging us through our app.
- Access to our Approved App where all of your programs are stored and kept.
- A detailed area in our App to keep track of your progress pictures, weight, measurements and key lifts.
Once your purchase is final you will receive an email with a questionnaire and contract you will need to fill out and then we will be in contact within 24 hours to get your initial plan set up! We're pumped to help you achieve your goals!
We have specific terms for our programs because we believe in building relationships with our clients. We want to make sure we are on the same page with your goals and how we operate as a team. They need to mesh together flawlessly in order to make great changes. This is no quick fix program, we are in this for the long haul and we want you to be in it as well!

You are welcome to put a paid in full package on hold but it must be reactivated within 12 months of the freeze date. ONLY a paid in full package may be frozen/put on hold once during its duration.
